CaAKG's full name in Chinese is Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, and its full English name is Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, shortened to CaAKG. As a key molecule in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and a precursor of glutamate synthesis, AKG has many functions, such as regulating protein synthesis and bone development, maintaining immune system
